Boney M Christmas Classic Reworked for Fun

Second Step’s Media Group revamped Boney M’s festive classic to celebrate the organisation’s 30th birthday as only they know how. With the help of staff and volunteers from the rest of Second Step, the Media Group rewrote and reworked the upbeat Mary’s Boy Child to tell the Second Step story – and to have some fun!

The Media Group SIngers had an amazing time in their makeshift recording studio in the basement of our Bristol offices. Group member Donna said: “We had an absolute blast choosing the lyrics. If you listen closely you’ll hear some interesting references to Second Step and the work we do.”
