Communicating clearly can help reduce stress levels, creates healthy boundaries and promotes self- confidence. In this workshop we explore ways we can be more assertive, with a focus on saying "No".

We will reflect on personal motivations to move, before considering steps that help us move in tune with our values and goals.

Writing Workshops

In our Writing workshops, we get in touch with our creative side to explore our world through written word. During a time when we may feel stuck or isolated, writing provides a platform to connect with others and discover a form of freedom through expression. Within these workshops, we explore and connect with elements of our being: and round them off with a workshop dedicated to writing stories on a chosen theme.

If you have attended the workshops below, you will find more in our Blue Writing Workshops.
