What hope and courage means to me
We’ve launched a new social media campaign celebrating #HopeandCourage. We believe that together hope and courage epitomises everything we do, as we work with people to discover ways to live more fulfilling lives.
Over the next few weeks you’ll meet some of our incredible staff and volunteers, find out what hope and courage means to them, and how change is possible.
This week we meet Helen, a volunteer at the Bristol Wellbeing College, who shares with us what these words mean to her and how #HopeandCourage can be found every day.
“Poetry is a wonderful place to go to to look for hope and courage because it makes you realise that everything you ever thought or felt has been thought and felt by someone else”
