Introducing our new range of mindfulness exercises from North Somerset Wellbeing, free for adults (18+ years) who live in North Somerset. These recorded sessions can be booked online and accessed anytime, as often as you like, giving you the flexibility to practise mindfulness with us in a way that suits your schedule and lifestyle. How it works
Our mindfulness exercises are designed for everyone, whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice. The recorded sessions offer a variety of techniques, including:
- Guided breathing exercises
- Body scans for calming the body
- Visualisation – creating mental images
- Mindful relaxation
- Mindful positivity
- Grounding techniques
- Techniques for managing stress and emotions

You can access any of our mindfulness sessions by filling in our online booking form:
- Read our mindfulness session descriptions here and find the practice that most suits your needs and make a note of the title. For example, if you’re looking for a calming exercise to help you decompress after a long day, choose one of our relaxation sessions such as Floating on a Cloud.
- Fill in our online booking form here – select Mindfulness Practice ONLINE Anytime from our session list then select up to three mindfulness sessions from the drop-down menus.
- We’ll send your mindfulness sessions by email within a few working days of receiving your booking form. For first time bookings, you will also receive our Introduction to Mindfulness recording.
