The Somerset Mental Health Alliance, a partnership of 10 voluntary sector organisations including Second Step, has increased its local support for adults who are in distress, struggling with depression, anxiety or other mental health problems.
Somerset Mindline, one of the Alliance partners, provides people with a safe space to talk and has increased its telephone support line opening hours in response to the current coronavirus crisis.
Mental health and wellbeing partner organisations in the Alliance have also stepped up additional services that Mindline can direct people to, depending on their needs and circumstances. This will help people in the county to access additional support more easily if they are struggling with their mental health.
If you are concerned about how you are feeling, please contact Somerset Mindline on 01823 276 892 (Monday-Friday 9am-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 8pm-11pm).
