Hope Project showcased in local media
Well-known investigative paper, the Bristol Cable, has highlighted the important work being done by our suicide prevention project, Hope, during the current coronavirus crisis.
Journalist, Fatima Hudoon, spoke to Hope’s manager Jez Spencer about the increased and longer term support needed by the project’s clients since lockdown started in March 2020. The Hope Project provides short-term emotional and practical support for men aged between 30 and 64, specifically those who are in psychological distress or have recently self-harmed, but who are not currently using other mental health services.
