Somerset Rehabilitation Team
The Rehabilitation Team supports people in Somerset who have complex mental health issues, helping them work towards their goals, gain skills, and grow their confidence to live their best independent lives.
The Team was set up in April 2023 by NHS Somerset and is run by Open Mental Health, an alliance of mental health organisations, including us here at Second Step, all working in partnership to provide mental health support to adults in Somerset.
