Mental health crisis support
Places you can find support if you’re feeling in crisis.
If you feel like you're unsafe and you’re at risk of harming yourself, call 999, your local crisis team, or go to A&E – if you’re in England, find your local urgent mental health team on the NHS website.
Cost-of-living crisis guide
Visit our cost-of-living crisis guide if you’re struggling with your mental health, or your worried about money, debt, unemployment, or any other problem caused by the cost-of-living crisis.
