Introducing our new range of free mental health and wellbeing workshops for adults (18+) living in South Gloucestershire. 

Learn skills and techniques to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing and connect with new people. Run by our Bristol Wellbeing College, these workshops and courses in South Gloucestershire will focus on a variety of topics, including self-kindness, finding life balance, managing anxiety, and managing intense emotions.

Who can attend? 

Our workshops and courses are free for all adults (aged 18+) who live in South Gloucestershire.
