Menopause workshops

It's very common to struggle with your mental health when going through menopause. Difficulties balancing physical symptoms with a busy life, feelings of grief, and hormonal changes are just some of the reasons why this time can be so tough.

If you're experiencing menopause or perimenopause, our new menopause workshops in Nailsea are here to help you find support.

Our workshops include:

Menopause: Support & Relationships - we discuss how to get help during the menopause, from your doctor to your friends and family. We also talk about menopause at work and your employment rights.

Menopause: The Physical & Psychological Effects - we cover the ways the menopause can affect your physical and mental health, the different stages of the menopause, and the treatments available to you.

See our timetable for upcoming dates and times.
